Through our preferred providers program, we are continuously looking for
partnerships with businesses who agree to provide our members great deals
on their products and services. To participate, the business must also exhibit
a strong interest in supporting the Peace Officers' Memorial Foundation
(POMF).

CLEAT enjoys a preferred provider relationship with the Associated Insurance Managers Agency (AIM). In December 2004, AIM purchased CLEAT Insurance Agency's book of business and
CLEAT partnered with AIM Insurance Agency to gain a
larger pool of companies for services. All insurance policies continue to be serviced with the same commitment to low prices,

Automobile Dealers
When shopping for a vehicle consider our preferred dealerships. Mention
the POMF and these dealerships will offer you a "no hassle" discounted price
on most cars and trucks and will also make a donation to the POMF for each
vehicle sold.
Mortgage Lending
In 2003 CLEAT entered into a preferred partnership program with Sandy Haley,
now with Southwest Funding. Sandy
works to provide CLEAT members the most innovative, low-interest and “pain
free” mortgage loans available. In addition, Sandy has been a dedicated
supporter of the Peace Officers Memorial Foundation (POMF).
Since then CLEAT members from across the state have utilized her service.
With more than 200 investors to choose from, every loan is tailor-made to
fit the needs of each borrower. Sandy’s services are available to
all CLEAT members and their extended families. A CLEAT member can call her
any time with any question regarding real estate or mortgage lending. Even

for Asset Preservation -
Any CLEAT member interested in planning for their future financially should contact Association for Asset Preservation. We can’t emphasize enough, however, how important that may be if you are retiring soon.
Steve Alexander and Buddy Camper have years of experience in investing and financial planning and offer their expertise at no risk and no charge to you.
Through their company, they have assisted many active and retired officers in managing their investments. They are also available to attend local association meetings and
answer questions for your group.
Steve and Buddy have also worked with many families of fallen officers to insure that they have a financially secure future. This year the two made the largest single contribution to POMF
and became its first Platinum Sponsor.

10% of the hotel stay will be donated each quarter to the POMF. Rates
