Peace Officers’ Memorial Foundation Announces 2025 Scholarship Recipients

The Peace Officers’ Memorial Foundation (POMF), the charitable arm of the Combined Law Enforcement Associations of Texas (CLEAT), has announced its 2025 POMF Scholarship recipients.
The foundation awards its annual scholarships to dependents of Texas Law Enforcement officers who are either graduating high school or enrolled in an accredited college/university.
The POMF Scholarship Committee receives many qualified applicants each year, and 2025 set a new record. More than 300 applications were received from across Texas, making this one of the most competitive years to date.
“The Peace Officers’ Memorial Foundation was built on the promise that we will never forget the sacrifices made by Texas law enforcement,” said CLEAT President Scott Leeton. “These scholarships are more than financial support—they are a legacy, a commitment to our profession, and a tribute to the strength of those who serve and those who stand beside them. The children of Texas law enforcement officers grow up witnessing the values of courage, service, and sacrifice firsthand, and we’re honored to invest in the future of these remarkable young men and women.”
