He is qualified in Federal and State Courts as a subject matter expert on law enforcement, corrections, public safety practices, forensics, human factors and self-defense. His practice is well-rounded to include federal/state law enforcement/corrections criminal and civil cases, premises liability and security practices cases, prosecution and criminal defense cases, and death investigations cases.

This interactive workshop introduces the PRO Model and Readiness Ops Plan, a practical framework designed to help officers optimize performance, accelerate recovery, and sustain long-term readiness. Participants will learn evidence-based strategies for managing operational stress through the Four Phases of Recovery, performance nutrition, and sleep optimization, while developing practical tools they can immediately apply to improve decision-making, health, resilience, and career longevity.

Join our CLEAT Leadership team to discuss the 90th legislative session in a training and roundtable format.

This training and forum will be open to our Board of Directors or their designee(s). CLEAT Public Affairs, Legislative team, and Executive leadership seek to explore challenges our local affiliates are facing as we develop our legislative package. This is the perfect format for sharing goals and understanding unique perspectives from across the State. We are looking to engage our association leaders again this session as we work with our elected officials in the Texas Capitol.
