CLEAT and AFLAC: New Member Benefit
CLEAT announced our new AFLAC member benefit in the last Texas Police Star. A lot of hard work has been done to bring you the best policies your money can buy. We are offering Critical Illness, Accident and Disability policies. The current enrollment period will end on March 15, 2019.

These policies are guarantee issue and no health check will be required. These policies are stackable on any current AFLAC policy you may have. The Accident policy includes a $5000 gunshot rider.
Remember to sign up before March 15, 2019 for an effective date of April 1, 2019.
